To know you O Lord
And to know your love
To love you and to make you loved
Servants of the Lord ours the upward call
To lay down our lives and to give our all
For to live is Christ and to die is gain
Both in death and life ours a single aim
Riches honour fame gladly we despise
That we may attain the pearl of great price
Nothing in this world shall possess our hearts
You alone O Lord are the better part
